We are happy to announce the Bordeaux Workshop on Identifying Codes and related topics (BWIC 2011) which will take place on 21st to 25th November 2011 in Bordeaux, France.

This workshop is organized by the ANR research project IDEA, which is joint between the Institut Fourier (Grenoble, France) and the LaBRI (Bordeaux, France).

  • Identifying/Locating colourings
  • Related topics within the areas of Codes and Domination

PROGRAMME We plan to reserve mornings for invited talks (1 hour) and contributed talks (20-40 minutes depending on the number of talks). Afternoons will be reserved for problem sessions and collaborative research.

REGISTRATION Please register here before October 1st, 2011. A participation of 30 Euros, payable on arrival at the workshop, will be asked for the gala dinner.

FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR STUDENTS Depending on our budget, we might have some money for funding students who wish to attend the workshop. If you want to apply for such funding, please let us know before September 15th by sending us a short CV and motivation letter, including the estimated cost of your travel expenses.
